“FAITH, HOPE and LOVE” BLACKBERRY THEME NOTECARDS, PACK OF 3
I created this set of images, Faith, Hope and Love, from a blackberry theme, with winter, spring and summer depicted. I love blackberries as they grow wild wherever I have lived in Oregon. I painted these during 2020 and the COVID19 lockdown. The paintings were commissioned by a local church, giving me freedom to be creative, only giving me the theme. It was a really fun project.
• “Faith” is set in the winter and depicts seasons of struggle, doubt and difficulty.
• “Hope” is an optimistic spring blackberry blossom scene, complete with a honeybee.
• “Love” depicts the berries in full fruit, representing the abundant provision embedded in nature.
The cards are printed on high-quality cardstock and measure 4 x 5-1/2".
