I grew up in Scio, Oregon, a tiny, rural community in the Willamette Valley. Every May they celebrate the Lamb & Wool Fair. In my child's mind, there was something almost magical about the miracle of tiny lambs born every year in the chill of early spring.
This painting is done on 300# Arches cold press paper and measures 8 x 11-1/4".
